No unlawful use
Do not use the service to break any law, infringe others' rights, or store or send unlawful, harmful or deceptive content.
Messaging and consent
Only contact people you are allowed to contact. Get consent where the law or the platform (WhatsApp, email, SMS) requires it, and honour every opt-out.
No spam, no misleading sender details, no buying or scraping contact lists for unlawful outreach.
No abuse of the system
Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, access other companies' data, or get around security, rate limits or quotas.
Consequences
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this policy, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
